Findel-Hawkins stars on the Isle of Man

MMKAC’S long distance running specialist Dave Findel-Hawkins celebrated his first race in the M70 age group.

Competing on the Isle of Man, Dave was leading this age group home in the annual 22km Manx Mountain Marathon and covered some 800m of ascent. 

From the field of 109 finishers Dave placed 90^th with a time of 3hours22.44.  He was just a minute ahead of the second placed M70 with the third placed finisher a further three minutes in arrears.
