New record for hammer thrower Jasmine

Jasmine Trapnell (F20), in her first competition of the year added almost 2m to her hammer PB with a throw of 48.07m at Loughborough, previous best 47.28m.

Multi-eventer, Hayley Dimond (F17), continues her fine early season form with two more personal bests at an Open Meeting at Moulton College, Northampton. She improved her discus best from 31.86m to 33.09m and ran the 800m in 2.42.6

Seventy-Six-year-old David Newens competed in his first race of the year at a 5 mile event at Hatfield, where he finished second in the M70 age group in a time of 40:01. This was an M75 age group club record.
