The countdown to the Rugby World Cup 2015 is well and truly upon us, and a special guest will be in town on Thursday to mark the occasion.
The Webb Ellis Trophy will be in Milton Keynes on Thursday and Friday for rugby fans and curious onlookers alike to catch a glimpse of ahead of the main event heading to these parts in October.
Three pool games will be played at stadium:mk in a little over two months’ time.
France play Canada in their Pool D match at stadium:mk on Thursday October 1, before Samoa take on Japan on Saturday October 3, and Fiji face off against Uruguay on Tuesday October 6.
The Trophy, which has been touring England in the build up to the tournament, will arrive in Milton Keynes on Thursday, with members of the public able to see it at Bletchley Leisure Centre from 4pm until 6pm.
It will then go on display in intu from midday until 6pm on Friday.
There, rugby fans will be put through their paces with a series of rugby drills and fun activities.
