Steve leads the way for MK Rowing Club
Steve Lawson cruised to victory in Peterborough, as MK Rowing club picked up three wins over the weekend.
There were also wins for Jenny Searle and Helen Marshall in the women’s Masters double, and the women’s Masters E four of Karen Wilson, Paula Heywood, Helen Smith and Suzanne De Maine also took victory.
They powered past two other crews over the 2.5km course, and after handicaps were applied finished ahead of the other MK women's coxed four.
In the afternoon the women's and men's eights took on the challenging 5km course but didn't come out on top.
