Table tennis ace Simon Green returned from Los Angeles with a medal around his neck.
Simon, who plays in the Milton Keynes Table Tennis League at Kingston, was competing at the World Games for people with intellectual disabilities.
With more than 6,500 atheletes from 165 counties competing in 27 sporting activities, Simon came back from the States with two medals for his collection.
Simon won a gold medal in singles competition for males ages 30+.
He also landed the silver medal in the mixed doubles competition, playing with Jessica Bromley from Wolverhampton.
