In the Under 11 Pairs Category and in the Male Children -32kg Kyorugi (Sparring) Category, he claimed Bronze.

At his first competition representing Great Britain in Germany earlier this year, Zaw received a Bronze medal in the Under 11 Male Category. His commitment to training and hard work earned him a higher podium place on his second outing in July this year at the GB International Championships and he has retained his Champion status again in Scotland this weekend.

Zaw trains locally at Creative Ways Taekwondo and also trains with the National Team at GB Taekwondo Headquarters in Manchester. Zaw will be starting secondary school this September at The Webber Independent School in Milton Keynes on a Sports Scholarship Programme where he will be supported by the school to help fulfil his dream of hopefully becoming a World Champion one day.
