The Prodigy to screen Milton Keynes National Bowl show to celebrate tenth anniversary

It’s been 10 years since The Prodigy headlined the National Bowl in Milton Keynes and to mark the occasion you can watch it as it happened next week.

The Prodigy have revealed plans to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their headline show at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes by streaming it for free on YouTube.

The band headlined the venue on July 24, 2010, playing to a crowd 65,000 people – their biggest headline show.

On Friday, they will stream it live with band members Liam Howlett and Maxim providing their memories of the show.

Writing on Twitter, they said: “Friday 24th July 2020 will be ten years to the day since The Prodigy’s massive headline show at Milton Keynes Bowl.

“9pm BST on the day, re=watch Worlds On Fire the live DVD of the show together on Youtube. Including memories from Liam & Maxim.”

Joining The Prodigy on the main stage in 2010 was Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Chase & Status, Eddy Temple Morris, Enter Shikari, Zane Lowe and Pendulum.

The Prodigy then went onto play 22 songs, including the Breathe, Poison, Voodoo People, Firestarter and Out of Space.

A recording of the gig was subsequently released on DVD.

At the time, The Prodigy were fronted by Keith Flint who sadly died last year.

The Prodigy are working on the follow up to the 2018 LP, No Tourists.
