Artists throughout Beds and Bucks are holding a series of exhibitions which begin this weekend.
They have been organised by The Artists Network Bedfordshire (www.artsnetbeds.org.uk) and locally the place to visit is the hugely successful Moat Farm Gallery, in Stoke Hammond.
The Leighton Road gallery is becoming well known for the quality of artwork shown by group exhibitions. It is open Saturday/ Sunday for the next three weekends, from 10am until 4pm. and entrance is free.
Eleven artists are presenting their work which includes sculpture, mixed media artwork including 2D as well as 3D pieces, textile art, prints and paintings.
Meet the artists who will be happy to talk about their work and the processes involved: Joanne Bowes (textile and mixed media); Maggie Copeland and Jan Drury (mixed media); Dawn Iles, Lynn Horsnell and Lynette Ann Moody (painting); Robert Williams (sculpture and drawing); Paul Rogers (sculpture); Victoria Johns and Susan Erskine-Jones (painting and printmaking).
