FRENCH delivery Anything For Her is this week’s big screen attraction coming courtesy of The Open Film Society.

A happily married couple’s life is thrown off-course when the wife is arrested on murder charges and sentenced to 20 years behind bars.

Her husband is convinced of her innocence, but just how far is he willing to go for her?

The 2008 ‘fast and tense’ thriller was directed by Fred Cavaye and clocks in at a near perfect 96 minutes long.

As usual, there are two opportunities to settle back and enjoy – early birds can view at 6.15pm or hold fire and be at the Open University Lecture Theatre in time for the 8.45pm delivery.

Seasonal membership to the film society costs £60, which works out at a ridiculously cheap £1.94 per film.

If you don’t want to join the club, you don’t need to – simply spash out a fiver on the doors.
