Pied Piper Theatre Company arrive back in Milton Keynes on Saturday, with a heartwarming story of friendship between a boy and his doggy pal.
Care of Henry has been adapted from the book originally by Anne Fine, the second Children’s Laureate, and a prolific writer with more than forty page-turners to her name.
While Hugo’s mum is having a baby, he has to choose who he will stay with.
Will it be Granny?
How about Mrs Mariposa next door? Or Uncle Jack?
Who will care for him and his four-legged friend, Henry?
All will be revealed on the stage this Saturday afternoon.
The story will be delivered in a visual and engaging style, just perfect to occupy the minds of youngsters aged between four and eight years old.
“I love Anne Fine’s books and when I read Care of Henry I wished I’d thought of the idea myself,” says Tina Williams, artistic director of Pied Piper.
“It’s a brilliant story and so perfect for the age range.”
Tickets are £8.50 and £6.50, or you can take a family ticket and make a saving, as they come in at £26.
Call and book on MK 324422.
