The deals span Bletchley, Kiln Farm and Kingston, with the team also delivering refurbishment, property management and building consultancy services to support businesses and property owners across the city.

At Avant Trade Park in Bletchley, a 3,421 sq ft unit has been let to electric vehicle charging business Zerova EU at £12 per sq ft.

At 13 Carters Lane, Kiln Farm, a 5,066 sq ft unit has been let to Seelight Trading Ltd, which specialises in blinds and daylight systems, at £11 per sq ft. It is the first letting of the property under the ownership of Martley Capital. BTG Eddisons is also marketing an adjacent unit at Carters Lane.

The team has also sold two units at Twizel Close, Milton Keynes, on an estate which is managed by BTG Eddisons’ property management department.

Unit 22, extending to 2,776 sq ft, has been sold to Azure Pools & Hot Tubs, while Unit 20, measuring 2,220 sq ft, has been acquired by managed print services and communications technology provider XBM Limited for £330,000 — less than 3% below its initial asking price. Unit 22 had been marketed at £422,258.

At TORC:MK on Chippenham Drive, Kingston, BTG Eddisons acted as joint agents on the letting of a 3,900 sq ft unit to Places for People in a deal completed by Louch Shacklock.

The transaction adds to a wider programme of activity at the development. BTG Eddisons secured a letting at Unit 3 to exhibition and event display systems specialist Aluvision before the property was formally marketed, and project-managed its refurbishment ahead of occupation.

The team also helped Evergreen Goods Ltd relocate from Unit 3 and expand into Units 4 and 5, with dilapidations work managed by Paul Hazell from BTG Eddisons’ building consultancy team.

Paul Quy, head of industrial and logistics at BTG Eddisons’ Milton Keynes office, said: “It has been a busy summer for the team, with a good mix of lettings, sales and work supporting businesses as their property requirements change.

“Whether a company is taking its first unit, expanding into larger premises or adapting its existing space, understanding what occupiers need is key to getting deals over the line. Our work at TORC:MK also demonstrates how agency, building consultancy and project management can come together to support clients beyond the initial transaction.

“Having completed a strong range of deals over the summer, we’re looking forward to carrying that momentum into the autumn and working with more businesses and property owners across Milton Keynes.”

The activity highlights the breadth of BTG Eddisons’ commercial property services in Milton Keynes, from agency and investment sales to property management, refurbishment and building consultancy.

BTG Eddisons' industrial and logistics team continues to advise landlords, occupiers, investors and developers across the South East, East Midlands and wider UK market, with a growing pipeline of sales, acquisitions and lettings expected to complete throughout 2026.

With strategically located offices within the M25 and along the M1/A1 and M11 corridors, the industrial agency team offers a unique blend of local expertise and regional reach.
