Newcastle is my city. Wallsend is where I grew up. As someone who is surrounded by a Newcastle United-daft family, I feel very proud and privileged to cover our great old famous club for NewcastleWorld. Doing what I do now is a dream for me. I feel and understand the passion of the fans on the terraces at St James' Park, after all, I was once one of them, a season-ticket holder in the Sir John Hall Stand. Having studied Sports Journalism at university, I joined JPI Media in September 2018, first working across a number of clubs before focusing on Newcastle for the Shields Gazette. Now serving NewcastleWorld, I will do everything I can to serve the great people of this city and delve deeper into Newcastle United as the club embarks on an exciting new era.
