Kate has been a newspaper reporter for two decades, covering Corby as well as court, crime, politics, education and local councils. She has been shortlisted for the National World Reporter of the Year, Scoop of the Year and Campaign of the Year awards and was named on the Inspiring Women in Local Journalism list in 2020.
