The resident was entering the communal area of flats on North 11th Street when he spotted the driver relieving himself on the floor tiles next to the door of a pensioner's flat.

"As as I came in he ran out the back," he said.

He confronted the driver and claims he responded by saying: "You have no CCTV, what can you do?"

The resident took a photo of the puddle of urine and then quickly ran outside to snap the delivery driver's car and registration number.

He has now reported the matter to police who have given him a crime reference number as it is an offence to urinate in a public place.

The man complained about the "disgusting and disgraceful" action to Yodel via Twitter as their customer services phone line is not being operated during the coronavirus crisis.

He said: "Look what our local friendly delivery driver left after making a delivery to a flat... he urinated inside the building outside a 77-year-old's flat."

He added: "We have NHS workers in these flats as well as children."

A Yodel representative tweeted back saying: "I am sorry to hear this."

They asked for details of the delivery so they can track the driver and investigate.

The MK Citizen has tried to contact Yodel on social media but is awaiting a reply. The link to their press office does not work on their website and their telephone service is not currently running.
