Shining a rave light

MONTHLY promotion There Is A Light invites you to don your neons and reach for your glow sticks once more, as the ever eclectic club goes rave crazy, tomorrow night.

The Slug & Lettuce in the Theatre District is the usual base, and musically it will be sounds from the late 80s and early 90s causing the dancefloor commotion.

All of the best acid house smashes will be stirred in with the ever present mix of indie, northern soul, reggae, rock and roll, new romantic and pop.

“We have received widespread praise for our daring music policy, but the most requested genre is old skool club classics, from the Happy Mondays to Haddaway,” said founder Lucia Hodgson.
