Property owners in Loughton have come out on top, with the area seeing the highest increase in property prices at 22%. The area was followed by Broughton West & Milton Keynes Village, which saw a 19% increase. Wolverton & New Bradwell came in third place, with a 9% rise in property prices.

At the other end of the scale, Two Mile Ash saw the highest property price drop with a 25% decrease. It was followed by Central Milton Keynes & Newlands with a 17% decrease, and then Denbigh with a 16% decrease.

The report used property data from the Office for National Statistics, which looked at the median house prices for Milton Keynes’s MSOA areas in March 2025 and March 2026. The highest increase and decrease percentages were then worked out from these two figures.
