Former Thames Valley Police officer charged with sexual communication with girl under 16

Former PC Ryan Stubbs, who was based in Oxfordshire, has been charged with the offence in connection with incidents in April and May 2025.

Stubbs, 27, who resigned from the force in August last year, is due to appear at Luton Magistrates Court on Thursday September 10.
