The much-anticipated Gluten Free Food Market is being hosted by Coeliac UK at the Ridgeway Centre in Milton Keynes.

The Gluten Free Food Market supports Coeliac UK’s mission to improve the lives of those who need to live without gluten, whether due to coeliac disease or another medical condition requiring a gluten free diet.

According to Coeliac UK, an estimated 1 in 100 people in the UK has coeliac disease, but half a million people are undiagnosed. There is no cure and no medication for the condition - the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet for life.
