Dazzling Milton Keynes light festival to glow in support of Children in Need

A Glow Walk at a popular Milton Keynes theme park will raise funds towards this year’s Children in Need appeal, and reward participants with a free theme park ticket.

Land of Lights is now open at Gulliver’s Land, and a special Glow Walk event on Sunday, November 8, will see £2 of every ticket sale going directly to the Children in Need foundation.

Featuring new lanterns and displays, Land of Lights is open on selected dates until the end of February 2027.

The attraction features a one-mile route, covering multiple dreamworlds and featuring an selection of incredible dinosaurs, with glowing trails and magical scenes to light up the dark winter nights. There is also music, entertainment, and street food for visitors to enjoy.

For the Children in Need Glow Walk, Gulliver’s is encouraging visitors to stand out and dress up in their own ‘glow’ clothes and accessories.

Darren Hoy, festival manager at Gulliver’s Resort, said: “Land of Lights is a fantastic experience for all the family, and for Children in Need it will be even more special.

Young and old are encouraged to dress up in their ‘glow’ clothes and accessories and they will be rewarded with a free 2027 Theme Park Ticket for their efforts! Please come along and help us raise lots of money and support Children in Need.”

The Land of Lights festival will also take place at two other Gulliver’s theme parks over winter 2026 – Gulliver’s World in Warrington and Gulliver’s Valley in Rotherham.
