Milton Keynes Marathon runners storm Stadium MK in an event out of this galaxy
An award-winning running festival returned to Milton Keynes, with Star Wars themed fancy dress.
A whopping 11,000 people signed up to the Milton Keynes Marathon, which took place over the bank holiday weekend.
Runners of all ages joined the Star Wars themed event, for a day that was truly out of this galaxy
People came prepared in their best fancy dress and ran for charitable causes close to their hearts.
The Rocket 5k run launched on Sunday, May 3, followed by a half marathon, marathon, relay and a Superhero Fun Run on Monday, May 4.
All races finished at Stadium MK, where runners were met with music, celebrations and an electric atmosphere.
