It was a patchy performance from the home side as they slumped to a 3-1 loss at the hands of the Bees, despite taking the lead early on.
On a day which also saw Dons miss a penalty at Stadium MK, here’s how we rated the players.
5. Top Don: Jack Sanders - 7
Dons' best player until he suffered a shoulder injury in the closing stages. Did his bit to keep tabs on Tshimanga, who was pretty quite other than his well-taken goal | Jane Russell
6. Jon Mellish - 6.5
Left with one of the easiest finishes of his career to open the scoring early on. Had a few bursts, but got pinned back in the second-half, and finished the day at centre-half | Jane Russell
7. Aaron Nemane - 6.5
Had a positive return to the starting line-up but had to make way when Dons changed shape chasing the game | Jane Russell
8. Liam Kelly - 5.5
Never quite looked at the races, with his pass radar out of kilter | Jane Russell
