Goals from Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Callum Paterson saw Paul Warne’s side come from a goal behind to claim their second win out of three to maintain their unbeaten start to the League Two season.
Here’s how we rated the players at Rodney Parade.
5. Top Don: Jack Sanders - 8
Maintained his excellent start to the season. Won all his headers, looked really tough to beat and secured Dons the spot kick to draw them level | Jane Russell
6. Luke Offord - 8
Thrived out of position, never looking like he was out of sorts at left back. Only blot on his book was giving away the penalty | Jane Russell
7. Liam Kelly - 8
Was always in the right place to break up and mop up in front of the defence. Set pieces were on point, got an assist and never stopped running | Jane Russell
8. Will Collar - 5
The game seemed to pass him by again. Other than some brief breakup play, didn't really make much of an impact | Jane Russell
