Swimmers makes great start to year

These took place over the weekends of 9th and 10th January and 16th and 17th January.

Over both weekends NPSC took part in the girls and boys 11/12 and 13/14 age group relays. All teams swam exceptionally well but our best result was in the Boys 11/12 Medley relay finishing in 5th place.

Over the two weekends NPSC have had swimmers competing in the girls 800m freestyle, girls 400m individual medley(Barbara de Koning came 3rd in the 14 year age group), boys 400m freestyle, girls 400m freestyle (Rhiannon Jeffreys came 2nd in the 14 year age group) and boys 400m individual medley.

All swimmers competed well and did their club proud.

A special congratulations goes to Rafe Dobson who is the new county champion in the 12 year old boys age group for the 400m freestyle and the 400m individual medley.

All swimmers are now looking forward to the two main championship weekends which take place in February.
