Brightening up The Brooklands Centre

Not long after The Brooklands Centre in Newport Pagnell opened in 2010, local fencing company S R Osborn & Son Ltd donated a couple of planters for the front of the building.

They looked lovely and provided a colourful welcome to the Centre, especially when the plants were in full bloom.

However, over time, the planters rotted.

When the staff at Osborns heard how sorry they looked, they provided two new replacements. Thanks once again to everyone for their fantastic generosity!

Two of the Centre's Trustees, Sandy Payne and Pat Hurst, were quick to make a start filling the planters with new plants, using some compost donated by local gardening group, Friends of Ousebank Volunteer Gardeners.
