Ending loneliness at Leadership Live in Milton Keynes
Almost 10 years in the making! Now known globally as a pioneering leader specialising in ending loneliness since August 2017 when she was sitting at Kualar Lumpur airport reflecting on her 10 month trip around SE Asia experiencing chronic loneliness. She decided right there and then to do something about it by purchasing It Socks to be Lonely Sometimes Limited and the rest as they say is history!

Janice has become a subject matter expert on ending loneliness and is now the CEO, co-director and founder of a portfolio of loneliness interventions.
In recognition of my work to end llonelinessshe was invited by HRH Princess Kate and Prince Willam to Westminster Abbey for the Royal Carol Service on 5 December 2025.

Loneliness is experienced by everyone during their lifespan. Research tells us that it is costing economies an estimated £2.5 billion per annum and is the cause of so many premature, preventable and unnecessary deaths!
She has teamed up with James Moffat a business psychologist and Advocate of the Year at the Institute of Leadership to create these groundbreaking workshops for leaders and aspiring leaders who are amongst the lonelinest in our workplaces.
Please do look at some of Janices published articles and awards and be inspired to join in, volunteering to end loneliness ended Janice's and her volunteering to end loneliness led to here today.
