The ex-World Heavyweight Champion, who now lives near Milton Keynes, is writer Nick Owens, who runs media firm Magnify PR.
Speaking at a charity event last week, the author gave new details of the story, called Still Fighting which will focus on events over the last five years of Frank’s life.
Nick told guests at the event: “When Frank and I published his last book, Sixty Years A Fighter n 2021in 2021, we expected that to be the last one we’d work on together.
“But it’s fair to say there are a few more rounds left in the story. are a few more rounds left in his story. There’s been highs, lows and lots of laughs along the way. Frank is a London-boy born and bred, but he has a huge fan base across the north of England and we’re looking forward to sharing this update on Frank’s life with all his fans and followers.”
Still Fighting is the third memoir Frank and Nick have worked on and follows on from Let Me Be Frank and Sixty Years A Fighter.
The book comes as the former boxing world champion takes part in a scheme to distributed free footballs to local parks in a bid to encourage children to get active.
The 64-year-old delivered 10 footballs to Southchurch Park in Southend-on-Sea and the nearby village of Hockley in Essex.
Ritchie Beckett, the director of non-profit initiative Found Football, is pledging to drop more of them in the county's parks before the end of the year.
The 44-year-old dad said Bruno's support took the movement "to another level" and he wanted it to go "nationwide" in the future.
On social media, Bruno said he hoped it would prevent children from getting involved with "other activities".
"If a small game of football between a few people means they won't be up to other things in the park it gets my thumbs up," said the former WBC heavyweight champion.
