Free Saturday bus to Emberton Country Park returns this August
Grant Palmer Ltd, in partnership with Milton Keynes City Council, is once again offering a free bus service to Emberton Country Park. Funded by a Department for Transport local authority bus grant, this service will operate three Saturdays throughout August, beginning on Saturday 15th August.

Operating as Service 300, the bus will provide a direct link between Central Milton Keynes, Milton Keynes University Hospital and Emberton Country Park, making it easier than ever for families, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers to enjoy one of Milton Keynes' most popular outdoor destinations.
Buses will operate every hour throughout the day, with no fares to pay and no need to book in advance. Simply head to one of the designated bus stops along the route and signal for the bus to stop.

Emberton Country Park is one of the region's premier green spaces, offering over 200 acres of lakes, meadows and woodland. Visitors can enjoy scenic walks, cycling routes, wildlife watching, children's play areas, fishing, watersports, picnic areas and a welcoming café, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing summer day out.
As an added incentive, passengers travelling on Service 300 can enjoy an exclusive 10% discount at the Emberton Country Park Café. Adventure Cycle Hire is also providing passengers with an additional 10 minutes free when using their cycle hire, as well as participation in their Saturday Adventure Token Trail, which could grant individuals entry into a prize draw to win a free bike hire. Simply travel by bus and show your Grant Palmer ticket to staff to receive these offers, which are exclusively available to customers using Service 300.
