Giraffe Digital announced the release of GatherCRM this week, describing the software as an all-in-one platform intended to bring together sales, customer communication, project tracking and automation tools in a single system.

The company said the platform has been developed in response to growing demand from businesses looking to reduce the number of separate tools used for day-to-day operations.

According to the agency, GatherCRM aims to simplify workflows for businesses by combining functions such as lead management, customer records, task tracking and reporting into one interface.

The launch comes as many UK businesses continue to invest in digital transformation and automation technology to improve productivity and customer engagement.

A spokesperson for Giraffe Digital said businesses were increasingly seeking systems that could centralise operations while remaining accessible for smaller teams.

“Many SMEs are managing multiple disconnected systems for sales, communication and project management,” the spokesperson said. “The goal with GatherCRM was to create a platform that helps businesses organise those processes in one place.”

The company said the platform has been developed with sectors including professional services, trades, agencies and local businesses in mind.

Giraffe Digital, which is based in Milton Keynes, provides web development and digital marketing services for businesses across the UK.

The business said future updates to the platform are expected to include additional automation and reporting features.

More information about GatherCRM is available through the company’s website.
