Rapidly expanding Boss Pizza to take over former Pizza Hut as it opens new Bletchley store
The independent pizza chain, known for pizzas that are 40% bigger and 50% cheaper than the leading brands, will open its doors at 175 Queensway this Q3, its second store in the Milton Keynes area as part of an aggressive nationwide rollout.
Boss Pizza, the fast-growing independent pizza chain, has confirmed it will open a brand-new store at 175 Queensway, Bletchley, Milton Keynes this Q3.
The store will take over a former Pizza Hut unit, which is currently undergoing a full refurbishment ahead of the opening. It will be Boss Pizza's second location in the wider Milton Keynes area, following the success of its Secklow Gate store in the city centre, and marks the latest step in what has been a rapid period of growth for the brand.
Boss Pizza was founded in 2020 after identifying a gap in the market for fresh-dough pizzas that are bigger and better value than those offered by the leading chains. Since launching in Glasgow, the company has expanded at pace across England and Scotland, with new stores opening in quick succession in locations including Derby, Nottingham, Hemel Hempstead, Mansfield, Milton Keynes and Mansfield. The Bletchley opening will take the brand's UK store count into double figures well beyond its first wave of openings, with further sites already in the pipeline.
The new store will create 15 new jobs in the local area, continuing a pattern the company says reflects its "continued growth and investment in the UK."
