MK Food Bank reverse‑advent appeal - how you can help someone this Christmas
As I said in my last article, it’s Christmas and people need our help more than ever at this time of year. It’s quite simple really: get a box and fill it with a different food item every day during November and then donate it at the end of the month. You can do this with family, friends, colleagues or at school, and if you want to make it even more special you could decorate the box, all Christmas‑themed, such a festive way to give back to the community! They have a list of foods you can give on their website or you can read them below where I’ll be writing the list. Last year 5 000 families were helped with these food parcels, making everyone’s Christmas a little more special. Big thanks to MK Food Bank for helping the MK community.
