Shakespeare Martineau announces partner promotion in Milton Keynes

National law firm Shakespeare Martineau has announced 25 promotions, including a new partner in Milton Keynes, recognising the contribution of its people and the depth of expertise across the firm. 

Hannah Brassington-MacDonald has been promoted to partner, bringing extensive experience in real estate, with a focus on residential and commercial development. 

Hannah specialises in complex commercial development and strategic land transactions, advising promoters, developers, landowners and institutional clients on a broad range of development projects, from initial site acquisition through to development and disposal.  

She has extensive expertise in the renewable energy, education and healthcare sectors, including advising on battery energy storage and solar developments, forward funding arrangements and complex student accommodation agreements.
