Plans submitted for changes to major Lakes Estate redevelopment in Milton Keynes

Plans have been submitted to change parking, landscaping and road layouts as part of the major redevelopment of the Lakes Estate in Bletchley.

Milton Keynes City Council has received an application seeking to vary several planning conditions attached to the existing permission for the scheme off Stoke Road.

The changes include relocating car parking and making associated amendments to highways layouts, landscaping, drainage and ecology arrangements.

The original hybrid planning permission covers two phases of development. Phase A has full consent for 308 homes, alongside flexible retail space, a community hub, light industrial floorspace, a nursery and an energy centre.
