Smarts is a finalist in the Best Fish N’ Chips Establishment category for the South. The business is known for its friendly service and is rated 4.2 stars on Google reviews. This year’s winners will be announced at a glitzy ceremony hosting some of the country’s top professionals.

The Oceanic Awards are completely free to enter, but those applying must hit certain criteria, including being operational for a minimum of 12 months. Nominations are opened to the public via online platforms and social media, allowing customers and communities to put forward their most-loved venues.

Many finalists run their own campaigns to rally support, drawing on their strong community ties. Alongside these public submissions, the team at Oceanic Awards use their industry knowledge to recognise standout businesses and individuals who shine in their field. Voting will remain open until one week before the event.

Irfan Younis, Spokesperson for the 9th Food Awards England said: “It’s exciting for us to once again shine a spotlight on the top establishments and businesses that have managed to stand out in such a busy food scene.

This year’s finalists have all been distinguished as the real masters in their field due to their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. We would like to congratulate all of our finalists and wish them the best of luck.”
